Decent place. Great location. Friendly enough staff. The hotel restaurant(s) are amazing and fun.
Some poor customer service: room rate wasnt honoured; I wasnt sent an email confirmation to prove room rate, which was blamed on me (it was my fault they didnt send me an email..).You can also hear everything in the room next to yours: the person in the room next to mine went to bed at 12am and was up whistling and singing at 4am. Hair dryer didnt work and some of the plug-ins didnt work. There was a small vending machine with some snacks, but thats about it.Continental breakfast was okay- there was a waffle machine, cold hard boiled eggs, muffins, toast. If you are looking for a hotel where you can depend on a good-nights rest with the knowledge that your room rate will be the one that was agreed upon when you booked the room, DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. If you want a crappy rest, with poor customer service when something goes wrong, some old looking snacks and okay breakfast, with the surprise you might be charged more than what you were told, then by all means, go here.
Very clean, comfortable, well organised establishment thats great value for money. Staff are friendly, obliging and make you feel valued as a guest. The manager, Shiraz, and the other staff, made sure my stay was an excellent experience instead of a mediocre one. Many thanks!

While I was checking us in, the front desk guy told my friends who were behind me to "Speak English. I don't understand you." even though my friends were just talking to each other about plans for the day. We needed forks and some plates so we went to ask the staff for some. He thanked us for "not being thieves like the other guests" but when they noticed that my friend got more forks than he expected (there were four of us in the room so we needed more than 1 plastic fork.... Duh???) he told us that what we were doing was stealing and reprimanded us. How would you feel about being called a thief for asking for plastic utensils?????Bring your own food and don't eat anything from this place.The only good thing about this place was the room which was clean. But being called a thief for plastic utensils...... Wow.
