Room was fine and good breakfast... on arrival was offered an upgrade from two queens to a king... and then a King suite if I preferred... and then, oh gee golly I dont have access to do that... here is your keys for the two queens... I never expected an upgrade but to offer and deny... completely impressed
Great stay. New fresh rooms. According to the receptionist, the hotel was renovated 4 months ago. You can tell it looks brand new. Clean rooms, friendly staff, full breakfast, plus pool with a hot tab... This is probably one of best Comfort Inns I've been to! Great experience
Location convenient - lots of options in the area for whatever you may need. Room was clean and well appointed. But they have a weird thing about towels and provide 2 per room, even if you have 4 people. They are reluctant to give you more, possibly because they dont keep them at the desk and have to leave the desk to get them?? They even said they ran out of bath towels, and gave me the tiny pool towels instead. They'd like you to reuse, which is fine, but do not provide enough hooks or towel bars to dry the towels. Outside of the towels all good.
The place was great the location was right off of a Main Street. It was really easy to find and had shuttles back and forth to the Calgary Stampede. The lobby was clean and had a great pool with a waterside. They also had a gym. The rooms themselves were basic but very clean. The AC was great and the beds we comfortable. For the price I would go here again. The breakfast was also very filling and had a lot of variety
Just wanted to say thank you to the Comfort Inn and Suites at this site. Midnight last night the fire alarm went off in our apartment building and all the occupants found ourselves out in the cold. The staff at the Comfort Inn welcomed my wife and newborn son inside to rest and wait in the warmth until it was declared safe to return to our home. Thank you for being good neighbors! We sure did appreciate it last night. :)
