Great place. Had dinner when we first arrived and it was great. Also had breakfast the next day and still great food. Staff is friendly and very kind. Our waitress gave us good advice of what to check out.
Found this place in my suggested breakfast spots on Google maps . And it was a good suggestion indeed! Wait times can be a bit hefty but so very worth the wait, and the wait staff is very pleasant. I will definitely return and recommend my friends to try this place too! Bonus points for the vintage look, really feels like an old school diner!
Diner Deluxe is exactly what i needed, its been over 25 years since I've felt the way I did. I went there had a cup of coffee which brought me back to growing up with my grams and mom. I continue to go here and have my cup of coffee on my day off, thank you for making each visit special. The staff if great as well, the food, the food is comparable to diner's in new york city and new jersey. Prepared with love
This place is really wonderful! The decor is really cool and well done. The staff is super friendly, fast, professional and all around just great! The music is also really great playing some classics from Mrs.Robinson to the sound of silence. Would definitely recommend for a night out with friends or a first date! Loved it, hope to come back soon.
Diner Deluxe has been around for a while in Calgary for breakfasts. Usually on the weekends the line ups can get long but if you're lucky enough to get a seat my favorite here is the omelettes. Ordering the Rocky Mountain Omelette comes with a nice mix of smoked bacon, eggs and caramelized onions (flavor is decent). The hash here isn't too bad (good seasoning and buttery flavor). Prices here are around $15 - $20 per dish.
