I have been coming to this location for over 10 years and have had some of the most wonderful experiences, my last experience was not. I was booked in for a pedicure at 9:00; I was greeted by the lady at the front desk who confirmed my appointment and lead me to the waiting area. As per usual, I pulled out my book and enjoyed the peaceful waiting area all to myself. At 9:30 no one had come to grab me so I went to check again at the front desk. She checks the schedule and realizes that the person who was to do my pedicure did not come in for their shift; she picks up the phone and leaves a message on the employee's voicemail as I am standing in front of her.I could not believe it! How is it that you don't know if your staff have arrived for their shift! And this was after I brought it to her attention after waiting for half an hour. How unprofessional! I choose to come here and spend twice as much for a pedicure or massage because the therapists are amazing and I have never had a more pleasant experience. The lady at the front said a manager would be contacting me to follow up later today. Mid afternoon the same lady who checked me in called and said she spoke with the manager and would like to offer me a free paraffin wax with my next visit. I thanked her and asked if her manager could give me a call once she was available after her meeting as I wanted to bring this matter to her attention, not just to get free things. Almost a week later...no call. I am sad to say that I will not be coming back as this is the second time I have waited over half and hour and walked out without receiving a service.
I was never a massage person before until I've tried deep tissue and Lidia gives the best treatment!Appointments are quick since they have their own call centres.Only thing I don't like is sometimes they can't process my insurance coverage properly. There are times that I pay part of it and there are tines I don't pay anything at all (I have benefits from work and with my wife). So confused when it happens, but I just learned to adapt and claim the remainders online instead of arguing after a relaxing massage.Definitely recommend Lidia and Christian for massage therapy!
My husband and I went for a massage here on Saturday and it was very relaxing. My only complaint is that they had a big noisy fan in the room that was a tiny bit annoying. Other then that it was great.
I found the most amazing hairdresser Nick who knows how to cut naturally curly hair beautifully. Her blonde and red colour services are also amazing. Great lash extension technicians, the rooms are very private and relaxing perfect for a nap while you are getting lashed.
Fantastic service! I love going to this salon. It's very clean and the staff are professional. Isabelle is the BEST and always does a GREAT job. Will definitely be going back to this location and I would highly recommend it!
