I have been going to this salon for about a year for regular french tip gels/fills and the occasional pedicure. They use top quality products and my nails hold up fantastic to the next fill. Would absolutely recommend.
I dropped in yesterday afternoon to get a shellac manicure. The man who did it put in no effort. He didn't push back my cuticles and barely filed my nails down. Within 3 hours a full nail of shellac peeled off and two other nails chipped. I am super disappointed and frustrated that I spent money on such a poor service.
I have had manicures and pedicures on numerous occasions and have had the best experience with the owner and staff at this spa. Being a male its hard to find a location which makes you feel welcome and comfortable, this is the place gentleman.I believe that men need more help than women do because of our lack of attention to our hands and feet.The owner is very personable and her staff is very professional!Thank you to Shawnessy Spa for great service.
Oscar did a beautiful job on my nails! Very happy with them
This was my first time coming to this salon. Overall it was great! Julia listened to exactly what nail shape I wanted and the length (As I was getting a full set of acrylics put on). She was very nice and very talented. I was then switched over to Oscar to get them painted. As he had that machine that sands the nails down, he did Knick me a few times. Nothing to severe, just a few little pinches. It also took a bit longer than expected but understandable because there was only 2 people working with multiple clients. Over all it was a good experience and I love that they had a discount on for grad students as this helped very much with the cost. I think I will be coming back in the future!
