This is my first time and this salon and I had a great experience. Eric was my stylist and he did an amazing job he gave me exactly what I wanted but better. I am so happy with my hair I will definitely be coming back.
To me, this place is very expensive, but moving from a city of 100k to a city of 1mil... there is an overwhelming amount of places to try to choose from. I have had some pretty scary experiences switching stylists in my past and I was loyal to one back home for 5+ years. So to have to pay more to get a guaranteed good experience is worth it in the long run.
I have been coming to diva at chinook for years!!! Alisha is an amazing waxer and is super meticulous on Brazilians even did my competition waxing and it was spot on!!! I have had so many Brazilians and I cant go to anyone but her.. now lets talk about Lindsay luimes she is fantastic for hair and dying extensions she also is realistic on hair results and never disappoints:) when I couldn't get into Lindsay she recommended Janine and I cannot be happier, she is the expert and has so much knowledge she even put in some hair extensions to give my angled bob a dramatic effect something I would not think of but after bleaching my hair not by her BTW I had damage to the sides very typical for platinum blonde but I get endless comments on my hair my cut!!! I wanted to write this review because here everyone is friendly and treats you like family so much love xo
I had a wonderful experience today with Shayla! She was so nice and courteous throughout the appointment. I was always informed on what products she was using on my hair and how she was going to style it, which was greatly appreciated! I've gone here 3 times now and every time I'm met with exceptional customer service! I will definitely be coming back! :)
