I must admit that this is a wham bam thank you mam kind of place. You feel like a number rather than a regular customer. Not sure if it is the fact that English is not the first language or they are just not interested. Good in a pinch. But to be fair, my nails never chip or lift and Moon always does a nice job.
Decent quality for the price. I had a pedicure and eyebrow wax - both were decent. I'm not thrilled with the atmosphere - but that might have been because I was the only person in the place. Good if you are in a pinch.
My husband and I go annually to different places on Valentines Day to get pedicures. Moonie did my feet in 30 minutes with a grouchy undertone and when I told her she was hurting me she commented in Vietnamese to Helen that I was crying like a kitten. "meow, meow, meow". Rude. Helen did my husbands feet and took time with him 60 minutes. So if you want a good massage on your calves and feet ... see Helen, she's only been there a month. She is happy and caring. Moonie (moodie) ought to learn from Helen. It's kind of rude for one's husband to get better care than his wife on Valentines Day. Poor job Moonie.
Got me in no problem and did a good job on my Nails! After reading all the reviews I was pretty hesitant to try them out but had a pretty good experience
The staff is always accommodating and I have always been happy with the results. They are not the warmest people but they do a good job consistently.
