Ordered in a pair of shoes (I didnt prepay for them as I wasnt sure if the size would be right) - they were expected to arrive the following week. They said they would call but never actually did, so i went into the store to see if they had arrived. The lady at the front claimed that they were on the way and were delayed; she assured me again that they would give me a call. I never heard back... terrible customer service, especially considering how much $ is charged for a pair of shoes. Will never buy from here!
