Waaaaay overpriced!! 10$ more than anywhere else in the city! All of the staff are rude and unwelcoming. All of the employees know very little to nothing about the products that they carry. The new and unexperienced manager Delena is terrible and could not care less about her customers. Go to Co-op or Costco!! Lakeview Liquoir Depot claims to price match, but they dont! They will scam you at the till! All the manager Delena cares about is selling you liquor that you dont want so she can get her bonus at the end of the month.
this store is close to where I work and the manager, Delana, and her awesome staff are always very accommodating and have no problem price matching for me. This sure saves me time from having to go out of my way to get a better deal on beverages! I've actually made this my "go to" liquor store! Keep up the good work with great staff Ms. D!
I live in Lakeview and your liquor store is in my neighbourhood. That's not the main reason that I shop there, however. There are many other liquor stores nearby. The reason I shop at the Lakeview Liquor Depot is because of Dolena (spelling?), the store's Manager / Owner. She and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and bend over backwards to help me. They greet me by name, each time I enter the store. The make me feel special. One day, I mentioned, to Dolena (spelling?) a certain bottle of Trapiche Malbec I'd had at The Longview Steak House. The next time I came to the store, she had ordered it for me. I didn't ask her to do so, she just did. It made me feel so wonderful! I also like how she hires local Lakeview young people to work at the store. I like how the store price matches. For example, if I buy a product that is less expensive elsewhere, they will charge me the lower price. I would not shop anywhere else. Please compliment Dolena (spelling) on behalf of Laurie Dolph.

Excellent customer service! Manger Delena and all staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will ask to help and are very knowledgeable to assist you to find what you need. I have no need or want to go anywhere else as Lakeview Liquor Depot also does price matching. Great job! Thank you!
