The first time my wife and I went in there service was great. They didn't have the car seat in stock that we wanted. So we had to put a deposit down , to put us on a waiting list until it came in. Mean while a family member bought us a travel system. So we no longer need the car seat. We go to get our deposit back . We are told we can only get a store credit and will not return our money. I would have been fine with that if we where told that in the beginning ,but i wasn't told. This visit put a bad taste in my mouth about this store would not recommend west coast kids. Lol and the worst part is the south store has even worse customer service.
We love West Coast Kids North location! They have a large selection of high quality products and Robina provided us with exceptional customer service! She took the time to go section by section throughout the store to recommend the most functional products to us to help us narrow down the selection to about 3 items of each product, then explained the benefits of each type so we could make the best choice right for us. I had already done quite a bit of research, but she was still able to provide information that I hadn't come across. Robina is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and made shopping fun instead of overwhelming and confusing. I highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff!
The West Coast Kids North Calgary store has amazing staff and an enormous selection to choose from! My wife and I have been there so often in the past couple of months looking at all of the various things they have available, that some of the staff say we probably know our way around the store almost as well as they do! We were there last week picking up a bunch of things in anticipation of our baby's arrival in May and Robina was very helpful, suggesting different items we hadn't considered and ordering items for us from the South Calgary store that they didn't have in stock here. All of the other staff were just as helpful and super-easy to talk to! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for anything baby or toddler related!
I absolutely love shopping at this store. Not only do they have the most awesome products but their staff is incredible. I recently had to get a new car seat and Monica helped myself and my sister pick out the safest and best options for our vehicles. She also helped us install them and teach us how to use them properly! I will always recommend Monica and this store to friends and family!
I always shop at this location and have had nothing but amazing helpful service. I was in on 5/15/18 and wanted to discuss options for a travel stroller, the associate was so helpful and honest. She didn't try to up sell me on the most expensive item and let me know when would be the best time to purchase. I very much appreciated her help and honesty
