This was an incredibly discouraging visit. I truly believe that because I don't look like a typical athletic-bodied person I wasn't offered help and I was ready to spend a lot of money so that is their loss. I did leave with a new hiking backpack that I had to help myself with- staff walking past me watched me try it on and still didn't acknowledge me. I only bought it because it was a sale too good to pass up and I had been eyeing up this bag for a while now. I stood at the counter with my backpack ready to pay while an employee with a clipboard who was actually standing at the counter looked at me and walked away-I couldn't believe it. I almost left until another employee came and said nothing to me just took the bag and rang it through and told me "This bag has life-time warranty, I am not sure how that works. Try the website." Okay great...I will purchase my remaining items elsewhere and will not be back.
I was very happy with customer assistance. I was buying hiking shoes and tried quite a few shoes before buying the ones I liked. I believe assistant name was Jeremy. He was very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Great service!
