Dr. Horton is an excellent Doc! I have had one surgery with him so far and preparing for a second one. I don't honestly know the result on how will I feel when I am done with both surgeries, will I improve or not? But he is a gentleman over all. Listens to you and does his best to help you out. I highly recommend him, he is by far the best. HemayatBy getting back to me shows how much you guys car!. Excellent and very pleased to see :)
This is a superb facility! It has most amenities of a sports complex. The trainers and coaches are very well educated to serve you in teaching and instruction. I was there for Total Cardiology. They have been very supportive in seeing my life get to a better place health wise! They have invested in me tremendously!
Zero stars. Patients are like spinning plates. Appointments start every 20 minutes and youre treated like an assembly line during your 1hr session. Theres typically three patients to one physiotherapist. I think one time I had 4:1. Sometimes theyll just make you sit there for 20 minutes with heat or ice on your injury, like to the point where theres no more heat being delivered from the heat pack. When left alone, and things felt wrong, I would either suffer through it, or quit exercises early because I had no guidance or assistance until they came back 10-20 minutes later. My injury required manual manipulation, which I received next to no physical contact Like no physical contact except for checking for range of motion. Saw no progress after three weeks (6-7hrs), and left to seek treatment for different facility (and made progress there within a couple of visits/1.5hrs). Also during your appointment, you must endure listening the staffs gossiping. There are I think 10 beds in one area and lots of silly chatter. Im all for barbershop talk, but not when its whiny. I chose Lifemark because they had extended hours, ample free parking, a big facility that would have lots of resources, and were WCB approved. Cannot recommend it. In fact I do the opposite...NOT RECOMMENDED!
Great location. However I've been booking online recently only to have every single appointment rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances with a provider. I think they can work a little better to make sure that someone isn't available on the online system who shouldn't be. I've been here for physio and massage and the team is pretty good.
what an awesome place. Staff is always so friendly and helpful and call me by name, always ask how I am doing, really know what they are doing and how to get things done. The building is always nice and clean, just a great place to go. There is always parking available. My Dr. is fantastic.
