Service is prompt, polite and to the point. They leave you be to enjoy your meal which I like, some might like a little more attentiveness. Male server is kind and quick. Food is excellent no complaints. My only complaint is the clutter in the restaurant, near the bathrooms. It looks unkept and ruins the atmosphere. All in all though, no complaints about the food or the service.
Good experience. They messed up my order but replaced it right away without any fuss. Good food quality. Would eat here again.
It was okay, but a bit messy, serves was slow. My food was good but my husband food was not at all good. No flavour. So we share my dish.
I seriously don't get all the hate this place is receiving. The people who work here may not always be the most happy-go-lucky folks around but they make great food, consistently, at a very reasonable price. Keep up the good work, Lotus.
Not even worth one star! I used skip the dish and it said it would be approx 43 minutes which is fine but almost an 1.5 later we got our food. I tried calling several times to inquire about where to driver was and how long it would be only to be told the driver left 10 minutes ago and each time I called, I got the same answer and then kept getting hung up on! so rude, food was barely decent
