Sold me a fake watch that wasn't even an expensive watch brand to begin with... This place sells fakes of affordable watches!Watch stopped working within 10 minutes of buying it, did a quick Google search RE: fake watches and it met all the criteria. Went back to the store to return the watch (though they claim no returns) and the owner was quick to offer us a return but claimed he didn't know he was selling fakes.Do not trust this seller. Would not go back here.
Horrible, customer service clearly isn't of importance. Did a half job fixing a necklace.
Worst decision we made having him make our wedding bands. Mine arrived a week before the wedding in size 3... Im a 4.7. Not a small error. Diamonds were crooked, workmanship was terrible. Had it fixed - came back in a few days later and although it fit, Channels were completely crooked. I have no idea how to make jewelry but I can guarantee I could do a better job. Refused to leave until my money as refunded in full, which it was. Stay away - SHADY!!!**PS... loving the responses from these guys. Umm yes you attempted to make our rings, failed miserably and we left. The ring didnt even fit my pinkey ring. It was a while ago but I figure people should know your business is shady after raising the price of a Tahitian pearl ring on my mother suddenly by $800 recently. You do have the Bhathenas on record, so dont lie.
