Good service. Went in to buy a watch I had been eyeing and the sales associate was very helpful and advised that they had a sale coming up and was very patient in letting me try on different models. Was clearly knowledgeable about their current selection and upcoming models.

Do not buy watch through this shop unless they have stock.I purchased a watch on Sep 8, 2017 and sale man told me it will take 23 weeks or little longer. I was waiting for my watch for 3 weeks and phone them for checking my order but they told to wait a little more. So I wait for 2 more weeks and check the store but still they do not have ETA for my watch. That time I couldn't see my sales person. One week later, I stop by the store one more time and saw the sales person. He told me that he is trying to do something for my watch and would call me in couple days. After that I did not get any phone call from the sales person for a week. I stop by the shop today which is after 7weeks since I put in the order. In 7 weeks I did not get any notices from Birks or the sales person and still they do not know when can I get my watch. I canceled my order and got refund today. I can wait longer if they guide me about the ETA but they do not know when can I get my order, also they never phoned me before I asked to them. Their customer care is at the bottom. Now I know why previous reviewer give only one star.Do not put any special order through Brisk. They wont make you satisfied for your order.
