They probably are not the worst broker on the planet but my experiences with them were enough to make a person gasp.Years ago I was refereed to a small Rogers Insurance brokers office by my brother in law.The woman who worked at that office was a wizard and treated me and my business with value and respect.When I moved unfortunately I had to change offices and that is when thing began to go downhill.At one time I realized I had driven nearly an entire year without insurance.They sent me a renewal and when I looked at it the renewal was for comprehensive only coverage for a (secondary vehicle) car that I had owned a year earlier.As it turns out I had been in email communication with the brokers representative and asked that they drop the coverage for the car as I had just sold it.They dropped coverage for the wrong vehicle and instead kept the car on the policy and cancelled my truck.A couple years later I sent in a cancellation for a motorcycle because I had sold it and no longer had a motorcycle.Months later I get a notice in the mail that I had defaulted on payment for my insurance. Yep, you guessed it... they didn't deliver the cancellation to the insurer and they didn't take a sliver of responsibility for it. I get a strike on my insurance history AND had to pay the premiums for the following year for a motorcycle I didn't even own.I could go on and on and on. It has been one debacle after another after another with zero accountability from Sharp/Rogers.The bottom line is this;I always felt that Sharp was working in the best interests of the insurer and not in the best interests of their client who, silly me I thought was me :/

Excellent rates and top notch customer service. Always got a friendly and professional answer for all my queries in last six years of being with them. The most recent one was a few days back, and Calvin Bong helped me out to make all the necessary changes in my existing policy in a very professional and courteous way and with least possible premium rates.
