I have been with Ron Jacobs for years and recently I find the service has drastically changed. They used to get back to my calls and emails in a timely fashion, and now, good luck getting hold of them! Perhaps they need to hire more staff??!
I have been a Client of State Farm with Ron Jacobs since I moved to Calgary in 1990. Over the last 28 years they have provided fantastic service, coverage and value to my family through a car accident, a flood and general needs. I highly recommend State Farm and Ron's office specifically. Remember, low price today can mean poor service or coverage in the time crisis. If the plane is crashing, do you want a cheap parachute?
I called for a quote and spoke to Caleb. While I didn't receive the most economical quote, I thought Caleb was very knowledgeable about the details related to Uber driving and liability while pulling a utility trailer. He was very patient, and friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I would consider using this agency based on this experience.
