Have definitely had better customer service at other salons. My nails came out looking below average and it took around 2 hours where other places usually take around 1. I find that stopping to answer the phone multiple times during the appointment is not helpful for time management either. I would suggest going elsewhere.
I went in to get m y nails done for my upcoming graduation, and was not impressed with the service. All staff were arguing during the process, she was yanking on my hands and claiming it was cause she didn't want to hurt me. The two ladies there were speaking very loudly in Vietnamese and making me very uncomfortable. Half way through, said ladies swapped out and the first one left and the second one continued on, which i found very rude. The nail job itself isn't great. The nails are all misshaped, different lengths, lumpy, and just not very well done. At the end of the service, the one lady whipped out her phone and started watching something on Netflix before giving me a really rough hand massage, which i didn't want due to nerve damage from an incident a couple months ago. She didn't ask if i wanted it, she just did it.Overall, I would not go back, i was not impressed with the serviced and how i was treated as a customer.
Wang has done my hair for sometime now. She is amazing and takes time to explain the process to me. My hair always turns out Amazing.I often go for pedicures as well. My feet always feel brand new when I'm leaving. Amazing place. They also offer so many other services check it out it's really a one stop shop for the ladies.
My mom and I came in today at 9 as we didnt have an appointment and we figured this would probably be our best bet to get in. Wang accepted us and I was worried she would not have enough time to do both of us as she had someone coming in at 10. Somehow she managed to color my moms hair and cut both of us allIn good time. I am very impressed with my haircut and how swiftly she was able to do it. Wang said she used to work at Eveline Charles and if they were fully booked they would not squeeze you in but since she is the owner of her own salon and wants to please everyone she tends to stay hours after they usually close just to get everyones hair done. I cant wait to get a color done with her.
