I've been a customer for 10 years. These folks run a tight ship, and they care about their customers.
Have had our trailer here for a couple of years. Prices keep going up up up! Wanted to winter camp and took us an hour to hand shovel out our unit even after asking hours before if they could bobcat it out for us. Bobcat showed up as we finished. Disappointed and looking for other options.
Used this place for several years but it all changed last week. We were evicted by one very short tempered employee having a very bad day. I say evicted but he says we gave our notice, yet no notice was ever given. Yes I broke a rule, driving through a couple of empty stalls (tow vehicle only, and slowly), and yes I did apologize, but that wasnt good enough for him. This employee continued to berate myself and my wife, leaving and coming back several times to give us more, he finally totally lost it and evicted us. That was no way to treat anyone, let alone a customer. He also immediately cancelled our access card, even though we still had a week before we had to be out of our stall, and we had to wait at the exit gate for another employee to open the gate for us so we could even leave, how childish was that!Before we left we had already secured another storage unit that will save us over $400 per year, yay!!We had no other incidents or concerns in the past but we would never return there and cannot recommend Springbank Self Storage at all to anyone. Be aware, look around for another RV storage place, there are much better options out there.
Sets the bar for trailer storage. Clean facility, friendly staff, clear rules. The office is manned daily and is a pleasure to visit, they even have free popcorn!
Well managed storage yard. Have made a lot of improvements over the last few years.
