I travel for a living. I use wash and fold service all over North America as well as dry cleaning. They want a minimum of $45 to do wash and fold, offered me a 10% discount if I leave a Google review. So here's your Google review; your staff is very nice but you are WAY overpriced and your timelines are terrible.
Love getting my wash & rolls done here. Its so convenient and saves me alot of time. I get some drycleaning done as well. So I am always feeling my best Thank you Dolphin Cleaners :)
Overpriced for sure. When you refer to a customer as loyal you treat them as such. Justifying that blouses are $9.50 but they brought a dress is stupid as hell. Your prices are ridiculous compared to other dry cleaners period! All those other fake reviews you created yourself to make you sound legit isnt cutting it lol. I had washed my winter jacket and the underarm smells worse than it was before I turned it in and you charged arm and leg for it. A lot of times I have had to iron my tunics myself .How is this the best place in town And then you go back to your responses to change what you previously typed best in the city indeed!! Guess what I have a screenshot of your response. You obviously arent a good business owner. A tunic and a dress arent the same thing. You charge a tunic for a dress. Poor guy must have wasted a lot of money the past nine months. Paying for dresses instead of a tunic.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I've been going here for as long as I can remember and they never fail me. The store is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Any and all of your concerns are always addressed... I recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient dry cleaners they can trust. 5 stars!!!
I have used Dolphin Drycleaners a few times now. Their cleaning is phenomenal and the staff are amazing! Extremely pleasant, were willing to answer any questions I had when I first became a client and super nice.I really enjoy the e-mail notification that the order is ready for pick-up. Smooth, painless
