THE WORST RECEPTIONIST. I have given the same girl multiple opportunities to be professional and finally had to tell her today how rude, patronizing and downright unhelpful she is. However, the doctors seem great. But that isn't enough. A few experiences back, I provided one of the doctors feedback on that particular receptionist. Too bad they have done nothing to address the problem. Surely in this economic climate, she is replaceable. Such ridiculous, unprofessional behavior.
The awful receptionist is now gone. I have seen and like both Dr. Raza and Dr. Bajwa. I did not like Dr. Wong and would not recommend him. The best part about this place is how easy it is to get in and see a doctor. I'd call my last doctor and be told they are booking a week out. Then I'd have to go to a walk-in and wait multiple hours for a basic prescription. Here I can call in and see a doctor same day 90% of the time.
There is no actual privacy between doctor and patient there so expect the receptionists to also know everything about your problems as well. The waiting room is empty because they only have 2 doctors on if they ade lucky and the appointments are booked for a full hour and most often go over! I saw Dr. McDonald to get a script I have been on for years and she only issued me 30 days worth!
Professional staff...great doctors who really try to help. I highly recommend these doctors.
I had an unexpected reason to visit a doctor today. I came here, being the nearest walk-in.The receptionist asked if I had my healthcare card, and I did not. The receptionist sneered at me, and with a perverse little smile informed me that they would not provide service.I can possibly undetstand refusing service if you can not identify a new patient, but to find joy in refusing medical service to someone? It's just un-Canadian.I would be happy to expatriate the receptionist, and I would sneer at her all the while.
