My experience at pottery Barn kids(Chinook) was amazing! They stand by the quality of their product above everything else. I love the "anywhere chair" I bought for my son and he loves it too!! The had great service and a very friendly staff.

Went here to get a baby shower gift. The staff were not knowledgeable about the sales going on and they were unfriendly. The lady at the desk rang up my purchase and didn't include the 20% off, when I asked they didn't know there was a separate bar code to scan. The 20% off said the whole store with some exclusions, turns out the whole baby section was excluded. The item I was going to buy was right beside a 20% off sign and it wasn't even on sale.
